- AirPlay external display — phone is the remote AirPlay the session to the TV in the living room or hotel and the phone becomes the controller. - Shake the phone to send feedback Anywhere in the app, shake the phone and a quiet sheet opens: report a bug, suggest a feature, ask a question, or request a refund (annual plan, month one to three). Feedback lands in the founder’s inbox. No support ticket theatre. v1.0 · launch
- Parental gate for ages 4–11 A simple maths question before kids’ sessions start, so a grown-up has confirmed the child is set up with practices that match their age and body. No credit-card walls, no scary screens. Just the right grown-up tap. v1.0 · launch
On the horizon

- Meditation pillar Mindfulness, body scan, breath-focused, loving-kindness, visualisation, and Yoga Nidra (NSDR for naps and deep rest). One-minute resets through to twenty-minute practices. Secular, with respect to lineage. v1.1
- Sleep pillar Sleep Stories, soundscapes, sleep meditation, and NSDR for the in-between hours. UK-native voice. The Wind Down five-day programme migrates here at v1.1, paired with an Apple Health Wind Down Shortcut at launch — the first in our category to integrate at the OS level. v1.1
- Hypnosis pillar — adults only (18+) Evidence-informed guided hypnosis for sleep, confidence, focus, and stress. Clinical-condition tracks (e.g. IBS, smoking) ship only with peer-reviewed evidence behind them — we hold that line. v1.2
- Pregnancy Journey — Core Recovery A pre, during and post umbrella for the practice that meets you where you are. Eight foundational moves informed by pelvic-health physio practice (diaphragmatic breathing, heel slides, glute bridges, dead bug, modified side plank, pelvic floor activation, walking). Crunches, full planks and deep rotations stay out until you’re ready. v1.2
- Headache Reset — three weeks for the Phone Neck pattern Chin tucks, upper trapezius and levator scapulae releases, scapular retraction, doorway openers, sub-occipital release with a tennis ball, jaw soften. Week 1 release, week 2 length, week 3 wake. The three-week reset format is white space in our category — we have the shape nobody else ships. v1.2
- Time-of-day rhythm — from morning to pre-sleep Cross-pillar bundles per anchor: Mobility and Breath in the morning, Yoga and Meditation at evening, Sleep at the close. Built around the day you actually have. Tags ship with v1.0; daily anchored cards at v1.1; full Live Activities and opt-in Apple Health by v1.2. v1.2
- Family Sharing Up to six people via Apple Family Sharing. One bill, separate practices, separate caution zones per person. v1.2
- AI-powered personalisation Your context, your equipment, your rhythm — programmes that adapt as your practice evolves. Most of the category does this; most of them won’t say it. We will. v1.2+
