Annual plan refund pledge

If month three doesn’t feel different, we refund the year.

The Annual plan asks for twelve months up front. We’d rather you stay because the body feels different, not because the year is locked in. So:

  • If by month three on the Annual plan you don’t feel calmer or more mobile — if the practice hasn’t found a place in your week — shake your phone in-app and choose “Refund my Annual.” One tap. No form, no queue.
  • We’ll refund the full year through Apple. No second message asking why. No hard sell. No retention discount in the reply. We hear you, we refund, and we wish you well.
  • The pledge starts the day Sthira Me ships on the App Store and holds for every Annual sign-up after that, founder-rate or standard, for as long as we’re still building the app.

Monthly and Family plans don’t need this — you cancel from Settings the moment the practice isn’t for you, and we never charge in arrears. The free tier never asks for a card at all.
